Right now, I work at Compa, where the goal is to make compensation fair and competitive for all. Compa pairs AI agents with live market data so enterprise compensation teams can scale their expertise across thousands of offers. I work with a small but mighty team of designers on agentic AI workflows and data analysis experiences. We believe fair pay is a matter of social justice: when pay decisions are grounded in real data instead of guesswork or negotiating leverage, more people get paid what they’re worth, no matter who they are.

Before that, I designed for fintech, fleet management, and energy. Years in B2B SaaS taught me to think in systems, to see how a single screen connects to a workflow, a data model, a team, and a business. My best work has come from collaborating across product, engineering, sales, customer success, and compliance to untangle complex problems and keep projects moving forward.
